Final from the Champions League regulation: Champions League regulations provide that a final match is played in a single game, with the match being held at the stadium of one of the participating clubs. The regulation also provides that if neither club wins the match within the regulation 90 minutes, the match will be decided on penalties. Clubs must also follow the football rules set by UEFA, including the rule that each club can have up to 5 substitute players.
